Lauren & Duran traveled from Michigan to celebrate their love surrounded by the people who matter most. Their wedding was intimate by design, not because they had to keep it small, but because they wanted it that way. Every person in that room was chosen.
Lauren's sister, who is a teacher, officiated the ceremony. She was there to celebrate, completely at home in front of everyone, and she made sure the whole room felt that way too and Lauren's brother played the guitar. And after they said their vows, they danced on the shuffleboard.
It doesn't have to be big to be meaningful.
